After years of hard work and dedication, Kim & Anne Stone now own a company that is well respected in the industry, by both clients and their peers. He's very business savy and so is Anne, his wife, who has been his most valuable supporter from the outset of their business. Beginning as a staff of just two, he and Anne rolled up their sleeves for some hard work that bore fruit, and today his business exists as two companies that employ about 40 people.
Kim's three children are involved in the management of his business, allowing Kim to have more time for the community activities that he has managed to keep involved in, along the road to success.
For instance, each year he donates a hard top camper to the Children's Wish Foundation as a prize for its fundraising efforts.
Kim is excellent with both customers and employees, treating all of them like family. Maintaining a strong stance in support of the RV industry, Kim helps to promote the GO RV'ing program. Now he is helping to organize the Canadian RV & Camping Convention planned for 2007 in Ottawa.
Kim's peers also have kind words to say about him. Kim deserves the recognition for his integrity and honest business practices. His dedication to the RV industry and the respect he has earned from his customers and peers alike has resulted in the award "2006 CANADIAN RV DEALER OF THE YEAR."
