Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator / Sales Assistant

Location: New Glasgow

This is a new Dual Role position with huge potential in our company. It can be used a steppingstone into other areas of our company. Primary Marketing Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and Manage the Social Media and Content Marketing Strategy for all business segments via our key channels- website, social, blog etc.
  • Find new ways/channels to assist in expanding company presence
  • Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to develop ideas and content
  • Manage social media strategy and execution
  • Conceive, draft, proofread and edit written material in a timely manner while ensuring content is creative and engaging
  • Optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, and maintain engagement
  • Establish consistency of messages across multiple platforms, ensure proper messaging is executed online and is relevant to organizational goals
  • Understand what content is performing and why, consistently creating, updating and retiring content
  • Proactively monitor online content to ensure information is accurate, up to date & error free
  • Collaborate with various departments to successfully implement projects and brand building opportunities

Primary Sales Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet All Customers
  • Learn and Perform RV Walk Throughs With Customers
  • Handle/Track & Nurture Digital Leads for Handoff to Sales Team
  • Filing Unit Paper Work
  • Answering Main Phone Line
  • Office Traffic Tracking
  • Handling the transfer of units between dealerships at the request of the Sales Department.
  • Assist in any Special Office Functions (Christmas Decorations etc)

The Ideal candidate will display most if not all of the following qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Fluent in the Different Social Media platforms
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Experience with creating quality imagery and video
